Structural Integration & Deep Tissue Body Work

Mizuko graduated from the East West College of Healing Arts and has built his bodywork practice around a simple goal: helping clients experience meaningful, lasting change.

His work is deep, intuitive, and gradual. Rather than simply addressing areas of tension, Mizuko works with the body in a way that supports deeper patterns of muscular and nervous system holding to shift over time. His deep tissue approach is designed to help clients reconnect with areas that may have become numb, underactive, or weak, encouraging greater balance and coordination between muscle groups.

Mizuko draws from a range of therapeutic techniques, including structural integration, neuromuscular therapy, reflexology, and corrective exercises. He combines these approaches thoughtfully based on each client’s needs, creating sessions that go beyond temporary relief and support sustainable changes in how the body moves and functions.

He is also currently completing a Performance Enhancement Specialization course for personal trainers, a program focused on improving performance for Olympic lifters and athletes. This additional training deepens his understanding of movement, strength, and performance and complements his therapeutic bodywork practice.

Mizuko is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Moda, PacificSource, and Providence.
