Dr. Sabrina is a chiropractic physician who is passionate about helping people move better, recover from injury, and stay active doing the things they love. She believes that effective care starts with understanding each patient’s unique goals and creating a treatment plan that supports long-term function, resilience, and well-being.
She earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic and Master’s degree in Sports Medicine, along with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Exercise and Sports Science and Human Biology. Dr. Sabrina is also certified in chiropractic sports medicine through the American Board of Chiropractic Sports Physicians.
As a former competitive cheerleader, Dr. Sabrina developed an early appreciation for movement, performance, and injury recovery. That experience sparked a lasting interest in sports medicine and biomechanics, which continues to shape her approach to patient care. She utilizes a variety of evidence-informed techniques, including chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, cupping, trigger point release, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, rehabilitation exercises, and patient education.
Dr. Sabrina enjoys working with a wide range of patients, from active individuals and athletes to those managing chronic pain or recovering from injury. She also has a special interest in caring for people with hypermobility and connective tissue-related conditions. She understands that hypermobile patients often benefit from a highly individualized approach focused on improving stability, building strength, enhancing body awareness, and supporting nervous system regulation in addition to managing symptoms.
Her goal is to help patients feel more confident in their bodies, improve their quality of life, and develop the tools they need to move and function at their best.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Sabrina enjoys strength training, golf, pickleball, spending time with her corgi, and exploring Portland’s food scene.
