Zak comes to the massage table with a foundational approach of Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial work that has been further fine-tuned by a study of Tui Na and Thai Massage approaches. Cultivated by their study at the East West College of Healing Arts, their approach utilizes an intuitive reactive styling that supports the different components of the body to integrate, release, restructure, and “return to whole.”

Zak’s work likes to meet the client wherever their body and mind exist at the moment, creating space and providing the strength and support needed for the body to integrate whatever experiences it needs to heal at that moment. The presence of touch is an excellent tool to carve out the deep wells of stress and anxiety we carry in our bodies and to restructure our natural regenerative qualities to bolster and support our health and well-being.

Zak uses time away from the table working with local LGBTQ+ nonprofits, spending time with their partners, or coordinating Dungeons & Dragons games at their local game store.

Zak is currently in the process being able to accept insurance for massage treatments. Stay tuned.
