Lyle Rose LMT
Lyle was born and raised in Seattle and grew up immersed in the world of holistic healthcare. Much of his childhood was spent around his mother’s massage and acupuncture clinic, where he witnessed firsthand the impact of therapeutic touch and whole-body wellness. That early exposure sparked a deep appreciation for bodywork, and at age 20 he began formal training in massage therapy - transforming a lifelong influence into a meaningful career.
Lyle integrates a variety of techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, reflexology, and myofascial release. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to the individual, whether the goal is pain relief, improved mobility, stress reduction, or deep relaxation.
Known for his calm and grounded presence, Lyle prioritizes clear communication, comfort, and trust in every appointment. He believes effective massage goes beyond technique - it requires listening to the body, adapting moment by moment, and creating a space where clients feel supported. His goal is for every client to leave feeling balanced, restored, and more at home in their body.
